Service Call Warranty

Standard warranty coverage for all roofing installations

  • Duration: 3 years from installation
  • Service Call Fee: $100 - $200 per visit
  • Coverage: Installation-related issues fixed at no additional cost
  • Non-Installation Issues: Diagnosed and billed at standard rates

What's Covered

  • Issues directly related to our installation workmanship
  • Flashing failures at installation points
  • Shingle defects discovered after installation
  • Proper inspection and diagnosis of any roof issues

What's Not Covered

  • Storm damage (wind, hail, fallen debris)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from external sources
  • Issues unrelated to our installation

The service call fee covers our technician's visit to inspect your roof and diagnose the issue. If the problem is installation-related, repairs are performed at no additional cost. If the issue is unrelated to our work, we'll provide a repair estimate.
