Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the GHI Contractors website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

GHI Contractors provides home improvement services including but not limited to roofing, flooring, tile installation, cabinet installation, and countertop installation in the Metro Atlanta area. All services are subject to availability and our service area boundaries.

Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding until a formal contract is signed.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project.
  • Any changes to the scope of work may result in pricing adjustments.

Contracts and Agreements

All work performed by GHI Contractors will be governed by a written contract that outlines:

  • Scope of work and specifications
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Warranty information
  • Cancellation and change order policies

Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules are outlined in each individual contract.
  • A deposit may be required to secure scheduling and order materials.
  • Final payment is due upon completion and client acceptance of work.
  • We accept various forms of payment as specified in your contract.

Warranties

GHI Contractors provides warranties on workmanship as specified in each project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and subject to the manufacturer's terms. For warranty details, please visit our Warranties page or refer to your project contract.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • If materials have been ordered, the client may be responsible for material costs.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and expenses incurred.
  • Specific cancellation terms are outlined in each project contract.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
  • Ensure access to the work area during scheduled times
  • Remove or protect personal belongings as needed
  • Communicate any concerns or changes promptly
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Limitation of Liability

GHI Contractors' liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability does not extend to pre-existing conditions or issues caused by factors outside our control.

Insurance

GHI Contractors maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Intellectual Property

All content on the GHI Contractors website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or inhibit their use of the website.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the laws of the State of Georgia.
